03 / DELIVERY METHOD
From Space to System
A considered process for aligning physical conditions, technical decisions, and production delivery.
Consultation
Understand the project, venue, creative goals, audience, timeline, and technical requirements.
Site Survey
Inspect the venue, evaluate projection surfaces, potential projector locations, rigging positions, power, signal paths, viewing areas, and physical constraints.
Technical System Design
Determine projector quantity and class, lensing, positioning, coverage, brightness, media servers, signal distribution, and overall technical architecture.
Pre-Production
Finalize equipment requirements, installation strategy, technical workflow, logistics, crew requirements, and production planning.
Installation
Coordinate rigging, install, connect, configure, and test the projection and AV system.
Mapping & Calibration
Perform projector alignment, geometry correction, warping, edge blending, brightness matching, color matching, and final system calibration.
Show Support
Provide technical operation, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-site production support when required.
04 / PAID PRE-PRODUCTION SERVICE
Large projection environments require proper technical planning before equipment can be specified. Our site survey and technical system design process evaluates the physical space, projection surfaces, dimensions, possible projector positions, rigging requirements, signal infrastructure, power availability, viewing conditions, and other technical constraints before the final production system is developed.
Site Survey and Technical System Design are provided as paid pre-production services.
